What’s it really like to work in HE
Whilst there is no single employee survey provider in the sector, this new report - commissioned by UCEA via People Insight across 50 HEIs - aims to discover and understand, at a sector level, what employees value most about working in our sector, alongside priorities for further development. The report emphasises the importance of the work HEIs offer their staff and the opportunities for employees to contribute to their communities and the economy at large. We are grateful to People Insight for their important work in this area with UCEA supporting aspirations to enhance the EX.
