Workforce change: future proofing your HEI's workforce

The Covid-19 pandemic has brought into sharper focus the need to have the right people in the right place at the right time. This ‘new normal’ means the way in which HE is delivered has changed radically and indefinitely and HEIs now need to plan for the changed future. 
This online event on Thursday 21 January which will look at the practical issues around achieving workforce change. It will ask what can employers do to embed the changes that were brought in during the crisis? What are the contractual issues? And what needs to be consulted or negotiated.
The event will run between 10 am and 1 pm with time for discussions and Q&A with each speaker.
The event’s Chair, Roshan Israni, UCEA’s Deputy Chief Executive, will be encouraging questions and discussion. She will ask participants to observe the Chatham House Rule, and we won’t be recording the event.
