For residential masterclasses, confirmation of your place, including registration details and joining instructions, will be sent to you by email approximately 30 days before the commencement of the masterclass.
We would advise you not to make any travel arrangements until you have received confirmation of your place at the masterclass.
Please contact the UCEA Events Team if you need to obtain confirmation of your place earlier than 30 days' prior to the masterclass taking place in order to purchase cheaper advance fares, as we may be able to confirm your place at an earlier date to facilitate this.
For masterclasses, the booking fee is chargeable for cancellations made less than 30 calendar days before the masterclass takes place. The substitution of named individuals is allowed at any time.
