For online workshops, events and meetings, confirmation of your place, including registration details and joining instructions, will be sent to you by email no later than 24 hours before the date of the workshop, event or meeting.
The email will confirm the online platform that will be used for the meeting.
By participating in the 'live' workshop, event or meeting, you are agreeing to your name being displayed to the other attendees of the meeting including guest presenters and to be included on a list of participants which may be shared with other participants and contributors.
As the discussions that take place can include the sharing of sensitive issues, by joining the workshop, event or meeting you are agreeing to follow the Chatham House Rule. If you are unable to join the meeting on the day, and wish for your institution to be represented by a colleague, please contact the UCEA Events Team to make us aware of the named replacement.
For webinars and online seminars which attract a booking fee, the booking fee is chargeable for cancellations made less than 14 calendar days before the webinar or online event. The substitution of named individuals is allowed at any time.
