The masterclass The masterclass will be led by Dr Duncan Brown, Head of HR Consultancy at the Institute for Employment Studies (IES), a highly regarded consultant and writer on reward management. The masterclass will be run from 10.30 am on Monday 18 November until 1.30/2.00 pm on Tuesday 19 November. Registration (refreshments available) on the first day will open at 10.00 am.Venue

Participation is £625 per person (VAT free) for colleagues from UCEA member institutions which is inclusive of overnight accommodation and all meals, including dinner on the Monday evening.Places are strictly limited to 20 participants and this run of the Masterclass.
